His career began with Marcus & Millichap, one of the top five commercial real estate firms in the nation. Following his success there, Paul transitioned to Coldwell Banker Realty as the Regional Commercial Sales Director, overseeing operations across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. This role significantly expanded his access to a diverse portfolio of properties and an extensive professional network.

He also served as president of the Chicagoland Advertising Association for an international franchise. After selling his businesses in 2013, Paul shifted his focus to commercial investment sales, leveraging his entrepreneurial insight to meet client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
